Crazy Days and Bennett's 2 Months

Today was Crazy Day's in Hazen. Me, mommy, Bennett and Nana B went downtown to check out the deals and what was going on. Mommy and Nana didn't find many deals, but there was a firetruck down there. Me and Mommy got to sit in it.
I got a ride on the barrel train too. It was lots of fun. I didn't want to get out and let anybody else ride.

Bennett is already 2 months old today. Mommy is trying to get him to smile for the camera, but she has yet to catch it on camera.

The COP BOAT!!!!!!

Papa Bryan and Uncle Pat were in the Dakota Walleye Classic fishing tourney this weekend. We went out to the lake to hang out with Nana Kitty at the camper. I saw the big cop boat parked behind the camper and talked about it all weekend. Saturday daddy took me, Uncle Eric and Nicole out on the lake. The cop boat was out on the lake and daddy knows the guy who drives it. He gave me and daddy a ride.

We even got to drive the boat!!!!

Big Brother/Baby Brother Shirts

Mommy and Daddy's friends got me and Bennett some REALLY cool shirts. Mine says "I'm the Big Brother" and Bennett's says, "I'm the Baby Brother.

Bennett is getting so big that he can even sit in his Bumbo chair all by himself. Before I know it he'll be playing with my toys. I better start hiding them today!!!!

Hanging out around the House!!

Not much is new in the Holen house these days.
As you can see by Bennett's little red cheeks, he had a bad rash. Mommy finally decided to take him to the doctor and found out he had a severe case of baby eczema.
After only a few days of a special lotion, his cheeks are no longer red and are soft again. It has moved from his face to this chest and arms now.

He has got such a strong neck already.

I have had a thing for motorcycles for months now. Anytime I hear one I have to see it, but have always been a little afraid of them. Lately my daddy's friend Josh has been riding his motorcycle over to visit us. I always have to go outside to see it. I finally decided a few weeks ago to sit on it with daddy. I loved it!!!! Mommy couldn't figure out why I decided to wear my hat backwards now. Duh mom, that's how Josh wears his hat when he drives his motorcycle.

This is a picture of me on my motorcycle. I love riding it, especially when mommy and daddy let me take it on our walks.

Note: Mommy hopes this is just a little phase and I don't want one when I get bigger!!!

Bennett Newborn Pictures

We had Bennett's newborn pictures taken almost a month ago and now I am finally getting some of them online. Our soon to be sister in law, Jen, took the pics. She did such a great job!!!!!

Day at the Lake

We went out to the lake yesterday. Some of Daddy's family were camping out at Hazen Bay. It wasn't nice enough to go out on the water so we hung out at Papa and Nana campsite and the park. Here are some pictures from having fun at the park.

Bennett's Getting Big!!!

Bennett is a month old already. Can't believe he's been home that long already. Daddy just went back to work yesterday. I don't think him or mommy were looking forward to it.

Bennett is doing GREAT!!!! He just keeps getting bigger and bigger. He loves hanging out by himself already. He rolled from his belly to back twice already and can hold his head up really well. He sleeps and eats most of the day. I keep asking mommy if when he gets bigger he will play with me.

Mommy just bought him this chair. He really likes it and so do I. Good thing it can hold up to 40 lbs.

I don't think he likes that camera in his face, by the frown on his face in this picture.

I love getting to hold him. Here we are before bed.
