Zoo, Swimming and Bennett's new talent!!!!

Daddy went elk scouting in Wy on Monday.

So mommy, Bennett and me went to Mandan and stayed with the Skalsky's.

We come down on Sunday and went to the zoo.

I really really like the buck that came to the fence.

I petted him and petted him.

And petted him somemore!!!

Mommy tried to get a picture of the four of us with the buck,

but all I did was pet the deer and Adi and Brody were

too interested in me petting the deer.

Adi and Brody have their very own pool in their backyard.

How lucky are they?

Uncle Corey took me and Adi out swimming for a little bit Sunday night.

Just being silly for the camera!!!

And finally Bennett's new talent.

Mom is sorry that she forgot and had the camera the wrong way.

Summer Fun!!

Me, Bennett, mom and Nana went to Bismarck one day.

We went to the mall and we got to play on the riding toys.

Don't you love my face.

Another GREAT face!!!

Playing outside on a nice day.

Me riding one of my fun toys.

Mom was trying to get a good picture of Bennett sitting by her nice flowers.

She took lots of pictures.  Here are some of the good ones.

And this is what Bennett thought of mom taking millions of pictures of him.

Notice his middle finger!!!

Bennett's 12 month Pics

I forgot to let you all know that Bennett's 12 month pics are up on the photographers website.  Go to http://www.photographybyjustine.com/  She changed things up a bit so you will have to click on website and then once that is loaded you click on client proofs and shopping.  I know many of you have probably already made a login and such, but if you haven't you need to create a login and password to see them.  She has passwords now too.  His is HB12!!!  Hope you all enjoy.

Fun on the River!!

On Sunday we got to go to the river and have some fun on a sandbar.

Daddy buried me in the sand.  It was lots of fun!!!

Bennett crawled on top of me and thought it was very funny.

It was very hard, but I got out of the sand all by myself.

Bennett loved being outside and ventured all over.

He would even crawl right into the water and it didn't even bother him

and that water was very cold.

Some fun playing in the water.

Finding treasure in the sand.

Me and Daddy built a sand house.

It was lots of fun!!!

Fun Start to Summer!!!!

Even though mom says summer hasn't really started yet, I have had lots of fun already.

Uncle Brock and Auntie Kathryn took me with them fishing one day.  I even caught a fish on my own pole.

It was a norsen.  AKA as a northen.

Daddy, mommy and me got to go fishing one day too.  Bennett got to stay with nana Kitty for the day.

It was my special day!!!!

Me and Daddy with one of the fish we caught!!

Daddy and me having fun on the shore.

Daddy's feet were in the sand so far that he was as tall as me.

I got to make my very own pizza for lunch the other day.

It wasn't as good as Jimmy's Pizza, but it was fun to make.

Yesterday we got to go to the pool.

My friend Logan, his sister Ali and their mommy met us there.

We all had lots of fun!!!

Bennett wasn't scared of the water at all.

Me jumping in.

Bennett got a froggy pool for his birthday.  Mommy got it all blown yesterday.

Me and Bennett tried it out without the water.

It's gonna be lots of fun!!!!

Bennett's First Birthday Party

We finally had Bennett's birthday party last night.

With Casey's shift work schedule we had a difficult time finding a good day for the party.

This is Bennett's little cake for him to dig into.

His big cake for EVERYONE to dig into.

Birthday Boy and Daddy

Digging into his cake.  He loved it.  He squeezed it all between his fingers, not eating very much.

The whole cake was in crumbles by the time he was done.

Got a video of him, but can't upload it with my new blogger look.

The kiddos that came to celebrate.

Brody, Grady, Garrett

He got lots of other great gifts.

Money, clothes, tent, toys, froggy pool, ball, and a personalized towel.

Thanks to everyone for making his birthday a success.

Bennett's Birthday

Bennett had his 1st birthday on Monday.

It was a nice day out so we got to go on a walk and play at the park.

We also got to eat some cake.  Daddy had to work that night, so it was just mom and her boys.

Playing outside in the backyard.

Me being silly.

Bennett checking out his cake.

It was an angel food cake and he had never had it before.

Tastes good....   I think?

Yep, it does.  So I'll put it all in my mouth.

Graders enjoying the cake too!!!
