We love Spring!!!

We have had so much fun outside already and spring has just begun. 

Here are some pics from the last few weeks.

Nana came and got me and I got to have a special night at their house

with no other grandbabies or brother.  I was fun.

We were having lots of fun.  Bennett couldn't drive himself, but mommy helped him.

I was crying after some bug flew up by me.

Nana and Papa got to babysit their neighbors new little puppy, Maddie.

Bennett loved her and followed her around the house. 

I decided to climb in Maddie's kennel and pretend I was a dog.

Mommy says this isn't a very good picture of the three of us,

but she LOVES Bennetts face.  Always so excited when the camera comes out.

BIG Blog Slacker

So mom has been a big slacker at this blog lately.  So here is some pictures from

the month of March and Easter.

I must not have been around Bennett or otherwise he wouln't have been

playing with my stick.  I don't like him playing with my hockey stick.

Last weekend we got to go swimming at the motel in Beulah.  Nana and Papa Holen won a nights stay at a suite there.  Uncle Brock and Auntie Kathryn got to stay the night, but we got to go swimming.

We filled up the big bathtub in the room before we went down to the big pool. 

It was lots of fun.

Bennett had his 9 month appt the other day.

He was 27 lbs and 30.5 in long.

97th percentile for both.

Not sure on head circumference, but I do remember it was off the charts!!!

He is crawling EVERYWHERE, getting into EVERYTHING, walking along the furniture

and crawling up the stairs already.  He's getting to big too fast.  Can't believe he is closer

to one than my little baby I brought home from the hospital.

Mom finally got up to watch me skate.  These are the pictures she got. 

 I wasn't in the mood to impress that morning and laid on the ice more

or sat in the penalty box most of the time.

I start out with a little help.

Bennett even got on the ice.  Daddy had to hold him, but boy did he have fun.

Bennett is 8 Months

Bennett is 8 months old already.  He is getting so big.  Mommy had him in the other day to check

how big he was and he was 27 pounds.  He is growing so much and doing new things everyday.  Bennett has started to crawl.  There is no way to upload videos so your just gonna have to take my word on that one.

1st Pickle- He loves them

Getting into everything-  He loves paper and magazines.

1st Friend over to Visit-Carter is mommy and daddy's friends little guy.

Brothers hanging out-  He is getting older and a little easier to play with.

I try to wrestle him already, but mommy says hes too little.  I don't understand how when

he almost weighs as much as I do.

The nice smile I gave mom. Mommy says the I'm growing big too.  My 4T pants are already getting short, but mom says I have to make it through the winter with the ones I got.  Hopefully there is no flood this spring cuz my pants might just be ready by that time!!!!!!  Daddy is still taking me up to play hockey.  Mommy hasn't made it up to take pics yet, Bennett is always napping when we go.  She says when we get some pictures we will post them, cuz I don't use the chair anymore!!!!!

Hockey, Hockey, Hockey

Daddy decided last week when mommy was in Bismarck to built me a hockey rink in the back yard. 

These are some pictures of my first time out on my own rink.

This is my first time on skates this year too.

I started with a bucket.

Advanced to a chair.

Daddy is such a good teacher.  He hasn't even gotten mad or frustrated with me yet.

I think Daddy realized that the rink in the back yard is very hard to keep up,

so he hads been taking me up to the big rink.

I can skate back and forth the whole length of the rink pushing the chair by myself.

I love sitting in the penalty box.  Dad says he hopes it's not a sign of years to come!!!
